The programme of work must be authorised in a project licence.

Completing the forms

Applicants are strongly advised to read the relevant guidance notes that are within the application form before starting to complete the form itself.

Where to send completed forms

Completed application forms should be sent via the applicant's Certificate Holder to the local office. Correspondence should be addressed to the Home Office and not a named official.
