Radiation – and drug-induced DNA damage response
The aims of this project are to i) identify factors which affect formation of and response to DNA damage in different normal tissues and in tumors and ii) characterize DNA damage distributions and subsequent responses after clinically relevant treatment schedules using radiation, drugs and DNA damage response modifiers (e.g. radiosensitizers).
