Production and study a model of Spondyloepiphyseal Dysplasia Tarda (SEDT)

SEDT is a sex-linked inherited genetic disease with an estimated prevalence of about 1.7 per million.  Affected boys develop clinical manifestations around 10-14 years of age, and this is noticeable by a disproportionate short stature and barrel chest.
