The basis of infertility due to an abnormal complement of chromosomes
We are seeking to explain, in terms of altered gene activity, the impaired fertility or sterility of mice having an abnormal complement of chromosomes (two many, too few, or with structural rearrangements), with our main focus being on the X and Y ‘sex chromosomes’.
