501: Diabetes & obesity: Compound selection
This project will study new potential drugs to control diabetes and obesity using well recognised and validated animal models of these two diseases. This will involve using potential new medicines that have been found to be effective in in vitro (eg. cells, proteins) systems before they are given to animals.
