521: The roles of nuclear envelope proteins in nuclear function and human disease
The aim of our research is to understand how structural proteins of the cell nucleus contribute to human disease, through the use of genetically modified mice. The research will, in particular, contribute greatly to our understanding of the development of diabetes and increased risk of coronary heart disease.
