385: Epileptogenesis: a study of the mechanisms by which repeated epileptic seizures are generated
The overall aim of our project is to use intracellular recording techniques in adult and immature rat, or mouse cortical brain slices, to investigate the electrical behaviour and pharmacological responsiveness of individual neurones and their synaptic connections under normal and abnormal experimental conditions.
