313: Induction of anti-cancer immunity

The main aim of this work is to determine the true impact of inhibitory cells on the immune system and to determine whether this activity can be harnessed for the treatment of cancer. The long-term goal of the work is to learn how inhibitory T cells may be switched off as part of a therapeutic strategy for people with cancer.
