329: Discovering how recurrent laryngeal neuropathy (paralysis of the voicebox) is inherited in animals and devising a blood test to try and identify animals which are at risk early in life.
The objective is to identify the mode of inheritance of a disorder of the larynx (voicebox) for which there is already some evidence that the disease is passed from parent to offspring.
