005: Studies in radiation and chemical leukaemogenesis

Ionising radiation (from, for example, medical x-rays or natural sources such as radon and cosmic radiation) and some chemical agents cause leukaemia in humans but the risks that these agents pose at low doses are not known.  This project sets out to identify the events that cause radiation and chemical induced leukaemia to develop so that improved risk estimations can be made.
