008: Metals in the food of fishes

We are probably all aware that water pollution can result in the loss of fish populations, and may also have adverse effects on the health of those fish surviving a pollution incident. However, controls on water quality are now generally very good in the UK for fish health and attention is turning to more subtle long term effects of environmental quality on fish health.
