229-07: Substrate reduction therapies for mucopolysaccharide diseases
These studies will enable us to assess the safety and efficiency of several drugs to treat severe MPS diseases such as Sanfilippo syndrome where no therapies currently exist and patients typically die in their teenage years following progressive mental decline.
