The project involves investigation of vaccination with a live vaccine (a disabled strain of the virus that is manufactured by the company Riemser Arzneimittel AG) against classical swine fever (CSF) to help inform strategies for the use of such a vaccine in controlling outbreaks of the disease in pigs
