45-07: Fetal gene therapy in utero
The purpose of this Project Licence is to devise safe and effective methods of delivering gene therapy to the fetus or placenta with the long term aim of reducing disability and death due to conditions such as cystic fibrosis, renal failure and severe growth restriction in children.
