480-07: Production of immune cells and sera
This project has two main aims. Firstly, to raise antibodies through immunisation of animals with a range of medically relevant antigens that will lead to the development of therapeutic agents to treat a range of inflammatory diseases and cancers. Secondly, to understand appropriate dosing of these agents to obtain maximum therapeutic benefit in patients by avoiding the generation of an immune response against the therapeutic entity.
