490-07: Analysis of the contribution of the mannose receptor to allergic sensitisation
In this project we will induce an allergic response against dust mite in normal mice and in mice lacking the mannose receptor to investigate if the recognition of dust mite allergens by the mannose receptor is required for the elicitation of an allergic response.
