492-07: Tumorigenicity of human embryonic stem cells
The objective of this project is to obtain key information about the properties of human embryonic stem (ES) cell lines. Specifically we will test the ability of human ES cell lines to produce different cell types, and the circumstances under which they might produce malignant cancer cells that could be detrimental to their future clinical use.
