Project licence forms
The programme of work must be authorised by a project licence, download these forms to apply for a licence.

This form is a simpler and easier to use. We strongly recommend that it is used for all new project licence applicaitons.

Form to apply to make changes to a project licence
This form can be used in conjunction with either the new or exisitng project applicaiton form.
